I guess I wasn’t too busy, but I wasn’t too happy, either. Someone threw a brick through the back window and broke into the house. So far I can tell they took 3 Mac laptops, my mom’s coin collection, a PSP, a bunch of watches, and a laptop backpack.
I’m taking the day off work to call repairmen, etc.

Man that sucks to be burglarized. In NYC, my apt. was burglarized and I lost some stuff but not on the scale of your losses. Another time, I was pregnant and sleeping in the living room and some dude was trying to grab stuff through an open window! Getting mugged was no fun either. Ugh–crime blows.
Hope insurance covers your stuff — and you get past that icky feeling that strangers have been through your home.
Don’t worry, you’ll get through it.
Oh that’s terrible! I’m so sorry that happened. Someone kicked in my back gate today. I was so worried someone had broken in and let my dogs out.
