I continue to be lazy, and today Dave the Trainer told me that he was in a bad mood and didn’t want to come in. He also had all his other clients cancel, so he would have had to drive across town just for me. So, instead of going down there, I took it easy again. I’m sure I don’t need any more excuses to sit around, but it’s been hot and I had to pick up some books at the library. So my exercise, rather than lifting whatever it was I was going to lift, was to stroll down to the library and pick up four mysteries, three being hardbacks.
