Yesterday going to the gym helped a lot. My neighbor was telling me he never experienced runner\u2019s high and that\u2019s too bad. Sometimes it happens at Crossfit too, but today I found that sometimes it doesn\u2019t. One of my fellow gym-goers did tell me something that I didn\u2019t fully realize. I told her I couldn\u2019t keep the unhelpful thoughts out of my head and described why, and she said it\u2019s because if we weren\u2019t competitive we wouldn\u2019t be at Crossfit.
