Something about an elevated white cell count. If all goes well, it means I get to go in to find out I have a cold. And <a href=\"http:\/\/www.myoptumhealth.com\/portal\/DiseasesandConditions\">vigorous exercise<\/a> is supposed to cause it as well.<\/p>\n<p>I fell asleep in the middle of the day, and I&#8217;ve been feeling a little run-down.
