On the way to work today I noticed something very odd. When I accelerated, the car pulled to the left. When I took my foot off the accelerator, the car pulled to the right. If I had any sense, I would have pulled off the road, but this was on the second-half of my trip to work, the part where I’m in the middle of nowhere and you can’t get off the freeway. When I got to work I noticed that my tire was low. I used AAA for the first time since I started paying for it in 1992, and a tow truck came to give me some air. They also found a screw in my tire, so I drove immediately to the tire store to get it fixed. Who wants to be trapped at work? There really isn’t too much more to the story besides coming back to work and finding NO parking spots.
