Well, I made it back to work and back to the gym. I had a feeling something bad was going to happen after all that and sure enough, I sneezed and my entire lower abdomen started to cramp. It was a uniquely painful experience that I would like to never happen again. I think I can do that if I pick one of the following:<\/p>\n

  1. Never go to the gym again.<\/li>\n
  2. Never take three weeks off from the gym again, but I’ve had something like this happen when I’ve been regularly exercising sp this may not be an effective option.<\/li>\n
  3. Never work on my abs again.<\/li>\n
  4. Never sneeze again.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
