For some reason, my sister wanted this picture of the two us seeing Santa Claus in Christmas of 1968. That means I was 4, and my sister was 3.<\/p>\n

I went out running to day and caught up with a friend of mine. Well, I couldn’t just pass her by, so I slowed down. Patti Finke would have been proud. She’s always trying to get people to slow down. Well, slow down and run further. Since I’m not running the long distances any more, I’m probably don’t have to slow down that much.
