I have cut back on the TV shows that get my heart rate up. For some reason I’m back to watching 24, even though it usually means I’m unable to get to sleep for hours after the show is over. The things we do for entertainment. And to have something to talk to the guys about at work.

Today was a bland day, better than the disaster that can come on a bad Monday. My manager at work seemed kind of confused: trying to schedule a meeting with me on my day off and looking for the guy who is in San Francisco until Wednesday. That’s not too much of a problem, though. Beats true disaster.
