Sunny Sunday.

Well, you can probably guess what I did today, which was NOT getting outside in the sunshine, but was closer to other wintertime activities, finishing taxes and finishing “S is for Silence.” It took me a while to realize why the ending was the way it was. I guess I’m kinda dense. Somehow, during the day, I must have fallen asleep and hit my head with the book WITHOUT NOTICING. How? I don’t know. I do know that the mark wasn’t there in the morning! (Well, then again, I did put on my sweatshirt backwards earlier in the day.)

Nose bridge mark.

My sister came over and I told her that yesterday was a good day because several women seemed to be flirting with me. I thought I was king stud until she pointed out that it was the first sunny day in weeks, and they were probably just happy about the weather. What a killjoy.

The failings of Japanese beer.

Can’t say I did all that much today, since I read 1 1/2 books. One hardly counts since it was a “Young Adult” book by Terry Pratchett and only took a few hours to read. And actually, I’m not sure I made it halfway through “S is for Silence.” I read a couple of graphic novels as well.

Other than that, a trip to the gym is all I can mention. They’re laughing about the threatening phone calls, so I’m guessing everything blew over. I must have done something interesting today, but I certainly can’t remember anything.
